3.1 Product Information: Innovations strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors, dimensions, and designs may vary slightly from images displayed on the Website.

3.2 Availability: All products are subject to availability. Innovations reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In case a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.

3.3 Customization Services: For custom branded products, you must provide all necessary artwork, logos, and content. You are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided do not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.

4.1 Order Placement: When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase products or services. Innovations reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Order Confirmation: Once we accept your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. The contract between you and Innovations is formed upon our acceptance of your order.

4.3 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. Prices do not include delivery charges unless explicitly stated.

4.4 Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, Innovations reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

4.5 Minimum Order Value: Certain products or services may have minimum order quantity or minimum order value requirements, which will be communicated at the time of quotation.

5.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers. For corporate accounts, payment terms may be negotiated separately.

5.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Innovations does not store your complete credit card or banking information.

5.3 Payment Security: While we implement security measures to protect your payment information, you acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely secure, and you provide payment information at your own risk.

5.4 Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in connection with your purchase.

6.1 Delivery Locations: We deliver to locations within India and select international destinations. Delivery charges and availability will be confirmed at the time of order.

6.2 Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, order volume, location, and other factors beyond our control.

6.3 Bulk Orders: Large or bulk orders may require additional production and delivery time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

6.4 Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on order value, weight, dimensions, and delivery location. These charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

6.5 Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Innovations is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been delivered to the carrier.

6.6 Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

7.1 Design Approval: For all custom products, we will provide a digital proof for your approval before production. Once you approve the proof, production will commence and no changes can be made.

7.2 Production Time: Custom products require additional production time beyond standard products. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order and may vary based on order complexity and volume.

7.3 Color Variations: Due to the nature of printing and manufacturing processes, minor color variations between the digital proof and final product may occur. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

7.4 Intellectual Property: You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all logos, designs, text, images, and other content you provide for customization, and that such content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Innovations harmless from any claims arising from your breach of this warranty.

7.5 Non-Returnable: Custom and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or we made an error in production.

8.1 Standard Products: Non-customized products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8.2 Custom Products: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

8.3 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8.4 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or is in production (especially for custom items), cancellation may not be possible, or cancellation fees may apply.

8.5 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software, and other materials, is the property of Innovations or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or any systems or networks connected to the Website
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website
• Use any automated means to access the Website or collect information from the Website without our prior written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovations, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
• Any content obtained from the Website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Website or these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid to Innovations for the specific product or service in question, or INR 10,000, whichever is less.

16.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

16.3 Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us directly.
